Terry attributes his motivation and accomplishments to his strong roots in the Edmonton community. Born and raised in Edmonton, Terry holds much affection for the city where he has spent his entire life. This fuels his unsurpassed work ethic, charisma, and client-focused approach to selling homes. Terry is the edge sellers need to get top dollar for their homes, and for buyers Terry settles for nothing less than matching people with homes that fit their lifestyle.

Terry showed his entrepreneurial talent long before he graduated high school from M.E. Lazerte in 1983. In fact, Terry was only twelve years old when he and a friend started a bicycle business. The boys would buy bikes, refurbish them, and sell them at a profit. Later, this drive for success led to Terry being a leader in competitive hockey and soccer. Terry first became a household name by gracing the pages of the sports section. Today, Edmontonians associate the name Terry Paranych with the man who supports the community through sponsoring youth teams, and his involvement with numerous charity organizations.

Terry is also the Founder and CEO of the Paranych Group of Companies, which includes SuperStarAgent.com, the world's leading real estate training and coaching company, Paranych Properties, a large Western Canadian property owner and developer, as well as the RE/MAX Elite Group of real estate offices.

Terry, however, is never content to rest on his professional and personal laurels. He has plenty of plans to keep his team on top for years to come, and to continue to make a difference in the lives of others.
